I have been coming to this Goodyear for 4+ years, they always have great service, even when I have had to wait on my car, they always do good & reliable work, it's always clean inside and a nice environment. I don't think I would be comfortable handing my keys to too many people but these guys really are gentleman and very respectful and courteous to their customers. They don't dally, trying to gain an extra buck on a sale, they shoot it straight and tell me what's wrong with my car now and what could wait to be fixed until the next time, always willing to work with my budget but I also go prepared because my car is 160,000+ miles, anything could happen. BOTTOM LINE: if I had to refer someone to get their tires, shocks, struts, or oil done right the first time, I would send them to the Goodyear Roadmasters on Huron Street. ~ elissa l

After having wasted THOUSANDS at every big name Auto Repair Shop around the E & W sides of 120th & I-25, God blessed me with Roadmasters. These guys are absolutely amazing. This was the first time in my life where I truly felt that I was told the truth, and offered an actual solution. Instead of a money grabbing tail chase. These guys fixed a problem with my old car that the "Big Names" told me would be a fortune to repair. I was astounded by their honesty. And I absolutely recommend these guys to any/everyone who is looking for an honest and fair repair shop. These guys are the TRUTH. I needed a new exhaust, and they even recommended me a place to go for that. They truly REPAIR vehicles, and care about the customer. Go here, and never have to go anywhere else again! Man.....David and his son Jacob are very reasonable with the work and pricing. I have a beater car and they have done my work for over a year so far. They stand next to the warranty they offer with no question. My car has some bad break issues. That I know they have worked hard to do what they can to figure out what's wrong with them. I think its the driving habits that are wearing the pads down so quick. Even though they could not find the underlining issue why they are wearing out every 16000 mi. They still replaced them at no additional cost. Thank you Road Masters for what you do. No words can express my gratitude for what you have done for me. ~ Jedediah S

I had my tires replace with an alignment. Wife brought it home while I was at work. She told me all four of her rims were scratched. I saw what she was talking about. The bolt that holds the spoon for the tire change machine had scratched the rims. I called and let them know and they requested that I bring and drop it off as soon as possible for them to take care of it for me. When my wife picked up the car later that day, she stated that her rims look way better then when we had originally bought it. This is one of the only shops I can really trust to work on my cars and take care of any problems that may arise. They are forefront about what is going on with my vehicles, and don't try to sell me unless air fresheners. They honor their quotes for repairs. All in all, I recommend this shop for vehicle repairs. My daughter needed to replace a blown-out tire and a broken lug stud. Since I had been to the Roadmasters in Boulder and had a good experience there, I recommended that she take it to this one. They quoted her a reasonable price for the replacement tire and repair of the lug. She took the car in at the appointment time and they replaced the tire and made the repair in short order. The price was good and they treated her well. It feels really good that I can send her to a repair shop without worrying that they're going to rip her off. Love these guys! ~ Scott B

Customer service here is fantastic - my car had broken down on my way to work and I (carefully) drove here as it was the closest shop I could find. I was very quickly greeted and Melissa's assistance and calm manner really helped me out. I ultimately opted to have my car towed back to my home shop since I live about an hour away (and towing was covered by insurance), but they were kind and understanding when I made that decision as well. Had a great chat with Melissa while I was in the shop, and had I lived closer I would have been 100% confident in having my car repaired here. ~ Katrina L

This guys are top shelf for repairs and maintenance The crew are honest, diligent and will help you strategize your repairs to conform to a tight budget. I have gone to these guys for the past 3 years and each time they have been kind, patient, helpful and most of all incredibly resourceful. They have connections throughout the area as well. I've gotten suggestions to: A glass crew (windshield break) A sound crew (fuzzed speakers and wanted an upgrade) A Tire crew (Blew out a tire) A towing company (Stolen wheel) These guys are fantastic. My wife drives a Nissan Rogue and it was giving us a error message with the air bag. We reached out to road masters and the Manager Paul was so friendly and helpful. They were able to identify exactly what the issue was and get the parts ordered. Paul was very communicative through the process since the repairs we were having done were days before we were going out of town. I have worked with a number of mechanics in my life, but there have been none as wonderful and helpful as Paul and the Roadmaster staff. Very Thorough and complete regarding repairs I was needing on my Honda! The total bill came in far below the original estimate I was given from the dealership not to mention America’s Tire and Auto Actually Fixed the problem instead of telling me the only option was to replace my heater core. The store manager James was amazing and helped in every way possible, they are all about customer satisfaction and care about the customer! I have brought my car in for years now and I have never had anything less than a great experience. Everyone I have spoken to has been kind and polite. They have always gone further than my expectations for what is needed in giving me the best service for the best price no matter what the problem is. The latest visit I spoke with Lance and had my car worked on by Wilburn. Both did a great job and Lance went far beyond what was expected by keeping my bicycle safe when I had forgotten it at the shop. They are my go to whenever I have a car issue. Brought the van in as soon as the check engine light started to flash. A complimentary Uber ride, brought me home. After a little while, I received a call from Alice about the repair needs. Since they have taken care of all my vehicles, I was confident they had determined the issue and would get it repaired. The next day, before 11:00, I was driven back to my vehicle after the replacements were made. I also learned of another serious issue with pictures, that will need to happen within 3 months. We are traveling from out of state and noticed the tire pressure on one tire was low. It was 7 am and we had plans to leave town at 9 am. I called Roadmasters in a panic (only shop open that early) and the very friendly guy who answered the phone told me to bring the vehicle in right away and they’d take care of it immediately. I bought a used car, no I didn't have it checked out before I signed on the dotted line, but I did make sure I had a warranty that covered big ticket items. Good thing because three months later, no transmission! This is the reason I recommend Roadmaster in Northglenn, and the manager Joe! I worked with directly with Joe. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very down to earth! Joe worked made working with the warranty company bareable. Once we were through all the red tape, he made sure we knew how long it was going to take to get the transmission in the van, and back to us. He also made sure we were informed of parts not covered by the warranty that needed to be replaced, the cost, and time involved. After getting the van back, a few days went by and we noticed some noise. I called Joe and he was able to get us in and fixed immediately. It's been almost a month now, all is good! This entire transmission experience has been a little stressful. Joe's experience with warranty companies helped me so much, I am grateful. This place is one of a kind. The technicians have always been professional and honest when I have brought my car to them. A while back, I had an axle fluid leak, and they were honest with me about what needed to be repaired. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and they did a great job explaining what the problem was and what needed to be done to fix it. I recommend them to everybody. ~ Morgan S

Took my Jeep in with a misfiring problem. After working on it for a day they said they couldn't diagnose the problem. I had it towed to a Jeep dealer. They wanted to rebuild the top end. Roadmasters called me back and said they had a Jeep specialist from out of state who wanted to take a crack at it. They flew him in and he determined the computer was faulty, not the engine. Problem solved and saved over a thousand bucks! ~ Chris L

For the last 6 months my transmission had started to clunk. I knew this meant probably $3000 for a new transmission. I read up on the internet of some things it could be besides a full repair but I knew if I took it to any garage there was a good chance they would tell me it needed a full $3000 replacement. Last week I was driving my old neighborhood and passed by these guys. I used to take my car there in highschool but have since left the neighborhood for downtown. I dropped in and asked if they could at least diagnose my issue. They said, "sure, but if it needs a full replacement, we don't rebuild transmissions here, but we can tell you what is wrong with it." I brought it in the next day and they said I had a bad transmission pressure sensor. It was only $238 to fix and my transmission RUNS LIKE NEW!!!!! If you've ever got an issue with your car and are worried about getting taken advantage of, this is the shop to go to. The same guys from 15 years prior are still owning/running the shop and it's refreshing to know they're not loading you with a bunch of crap!! These guys are worth the 20 minute drive for my car needs. ~ Nick B

Got a flat tire and Roadmasters was the closest repair shop. The tire was not repairable, but still under warranty with the manufacturer. So Roadmasters put the spare on and got me on my way...they were really friendly, easy to work with and did not charge me a penny for their time. They always take the time to walk through an itemized list of what is going on with the car, give you pricing options depending on the parts you want to use etc. They are totally transparent in their work and the cost. David & Jacob always take such good care of our cars & trucks. I asked them to change all my break pads and service my truck. We've had 35 years of great service from Roadmasters, and it continues! Our recent experience was terrific as well. Have a relatively new car which I have been servicing at the dealer due to a burning oil issue. Needed an oil change, and the wait was too long at the dealer, so I called our tried and true, Roadmasters. Got an appointment for next day. Once they put my car on the lift, they stopped, took a picture of a stripped drain plug, and texted it to me. They recommended I take the car back to whoever serviced it last, and get them to fix the problem they created. Melissa was wonderful, and educated me about TSBs (service bulletins), and suggested I ask if the oil levels were checked on level ground when service done. They refused payment for their time and effort. I addressed the problem with the dealer, and with the background information, was very persuasive, and got results. Thanks to Melissa and Roadmasters! Terrific service! They are happy to educate people, and tell them priority repair/service issues, and upcoming ones to watch for in the future. Excellent workmanship, and uncommon integrity and honesty. My husband, both grown sons and friends go there as well. ~ Dale S
